Meditation Circle (taster session)
Have you ever considered whether you have potential to connect to Spirit, this is an introduction to how to begin to learn to do just that. You may be surprised at what you get and may open you up at a whole new world. From here you may decide that you’d like to join a development circle to further awaken this ability.
Meditation is great for stress, calming the nerves and seeing things clearly. It’s not an easy thing to learn but with a little perseverance the benefits are endless. It is also a good way to connect to Spirit and your Higher self. We can teach you techniques to show you how to do this, but you have to understand that it can take several attempts before you feel the difference. Just 10 minuets a day can make a difference and if you are willing to try it can make a big change to your wellbeing. This can be taught on a one to one basis or in a group.
